Trapped emotional energy is believed to be a big part of many physical aches and pains. The Emotion Code method is one of the simplest ways to help you release 'emotional baggage' without having to revisit the experience - helping you feel freer, happier, and healthier.
What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code method is a technique created by chiropractor Dr. Bradley Nelson. When working with his clients, he realised that many of their aches and pains had an emotional connection. He understood that the body is made of pure energy and that ‘blockages’ could occur when emotions aren’t fully processed. He coined the term ‘trapped emotions’ and began to help his clients release these ‘negative’ energies from their bodies. He saw excellent results repeatedly and decided to share his findings with the world!
How does it work?
Our subconscious mind is brilliant; it’s like the ultimate computing system for our body! It knows exactly what we need to be healthy, happy, and well. It takes in every detail of every moment of our lives.
The Emotion Code uses muscle testing and specific questioning to acquire answers from the subconscious mind. These techniques help us find the trapped emotions ready to be released from the body. We do not 'read' anyone's mind when doing this.
There are two essential elements to the Emotion Code: therapeutic magnets and the ancient principles of Chinese medicine.
Once an emotion has been identified, we carefully guide a magnet along a section of the Governing Meridian line (from the tip of the nose, up and over the head, and down the back of the neck). This simple, intentional action releases the trapped emotional energy from the body.
We then repeat the process as we continue to find more trapped emotions ready to be released.
Many people feel different immediately; pain levels often reduce or disappear altogether, and some feel lighter, calmer, and happier. For others, they may sense a noticeable change over days into months. It depends on what you are releasing. You may notice a difference once you are in the company of a particular person or visit a specific place, and then you see you feel or act differently.

Types of Trapped Emotions
Common Trapped Emotions
are your own, created by you in this lifetime, at any age within your current timeline.
Absorbed Trapped Emotions
are just that – absorbed from another and their experiences. You may be overwhelmed by their energy or the emotion resonates with your trapped emotional energy.
Shared Trapped Emotions
are created by two or more people experiencing the same emotion from the same stimulus, event, or circumstance.
Inherited Trapped Emotions
are received at the moment of conception and may go back many generations. When releasing the trapped energy from ourselves, it has been known to be released from the entire family lineage, back to the moment the emotional energy was originally unprocessed and trapped within the body.
Prenatal Trapped Emotions
are received in utero – if the mother is having an experience and the emotional energy is not fully processed, the fetus can absorb this energy. The fetus itself may also experience trapped energy too.
Preconception Trapped Emotions
are when emotions are trapped in the energy body due to an emotion that was experienced before conception occurred.
